To qualify for a full refund, all apparel items must fulfill the following security and hygiene standards:

  • The clothing must be completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of stains, makeup, perfume, or pet hair.

  • The item must remain in its original packaging with all original clothing brand tags and labels attached securely.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice received at bastila.com) must accompany the return request.

How to Initiate an Apparel Return:

  1. Send an email to support@bastila.com stating your order number and the reason for the return (e.g., sizing exchange, change of mind).

  2. Our support team will evaluate the request within 24 hours and issue a prepaid shipping label via email if eligible.

  3. Print the prepaid label, attach it securely to your return package, and drop it off at the designated local postal carrier service point.

Fees & Costs:

  • Restocking Fee: €0.00 / $0.00 (We do not charge restocking fees for sizing returns or changes of mind).

  • Return Shipping Cost (Defective or Customer Remorse): €0.00 / $0.00 (Covered fully by bastila.com via prepaid label).

Refund Processing and Timelines: Once your return package is delivered back to our fulfillment hub and inspected for wear and tear (usually within 3 business days of arrival), we will send you an email notification confirming receipt and approval status. Approved refunds are processed immediately back to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account or payment provider balance.
