How to Initiate an Apparel Return:

Print the prepaid label, attach it securely to your return package, and drop it off at the designated local postal carrier service point.

Refund Processing and Timelines: Once your return package is delivered back to our fulfillment hub and inspected for wear and tear (usually within 3 business days of arrival), we will send you an email notification confirming receipt and approval status. Approved refunds are processed immediately back to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account or payment provider balance.
